As for the croissant, the tips and outer layers are flaky and crunchy, and the center is soft and moist: 10/10. The mouth feel is a bit too velvety (the butter sticks lightly to the palette), which is my only complaint: 8/10. Taste is really nice but not extraordinary: 9/10. It looks slightly spread out instead of fluffy, yet it’s not dense at all. Overall, it is one of the best croissants I’ve tried in Paris so far (and it’s a fierce competition)!
